The Special Committee on Ethics shall consist of five (5) members that have the duties and responsibilities as follows:
It shall be the duty of the Special Committee on Ethics to investigate any complaint against any officer or member accused of any violation of the laws and rules in contradiction to the laws and rules of the Native Hawaiian Coalition.
